MICHEL NEUTELINGS
Co-Founder & Director, Milo Group Ltd
Michel Neutelings is a seasoned leader in luxury hospitality, resort development, and real estate, with over 35
years of international experience across Europe and the Caribbean. As Co-Founder and Director of Milo Group Ltd,
Michel has played a pivotal role in developing and managing some of the region’s most iconic destinations.
A graduate of the Glion Hotel Management School in Switzerland, Michel began his career managing boutique
hotels in France before expanding his expertise to the Caribbean. During the 1990s, he served as Resort Manager
at Guanahani in St. Barthelemy and General Manager at the K Club in Barbuda both members of Leading Hotels of the World where he gained extensive experience in luxury resort operations and high-end guest services.
He later became Managing Director of COMO Parrot Cay in Turks & Caicos, transforming the resort into one of the
Caribbean’s premier luxury destinations, and was instrumental in the development and operations of Old Bahama
Bay Resort, Residences & Marina.
Together with his business partner Lloyd Inwards, Michel is Co-Founder and Director of Milo Group, which has acted as
Development Managers and Operators across several major hospitality and real estate projects. Their portfolio includes the development management
of COMO Parrot Cay and the full development of Amanyara, Aman’s flagship Caribbean resort in Turks & Caicos, where Milo Group oversaw government negotiations, project financing, development
oversight, and villa sales. The group also founded and developed Blue Heron Aviation and led the pre-development of
multiple private islands in the Exumas for a prominent Swiss family. Most recently, Milo Group serves as development
oversight partner for the new Janu Resort in Turks & Caicos on behalf of the Aman Group.
In addition to these initiatives, Michel personally serves as an advisor to the Owners and Developers of Jack’s Bay
Club on the island of Eleuthera, The Bahamas, providing strategic guidance on development planning, hospitality
programming, and operational positioning.
Michel has also served on several influential tourism and aviation boards in both Turks & Caicos and The
Bahamas, contributing to record tourism growth and the expansion of international airlift to the region.
LLOYD INWARDS
Co-Founder & Director, Milo Group Ltd
Lloyd Inwards is an accomplished development and technical services leader with over 35 years of experience in 4
and 5 star hotels and luxury resort developments across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Caribbean. His
expertise spans hotel operations, technical services, project management, development oversight, and owner
representation. Throughout his career, he has collaborated closely with leading hotel operators, architects,
engineers, designers, and consultants to deliver high-end hospitality and mixed-use projects.
Lloyd began his career in the United Kingdom with several institutional hotel groups, serving in technical services and
owner’s representative roles at The Carlton Highland Hotel, King James Thistle, Gosforth Park Thistle, and the
Copthorne Hotel. He later oversaw the major redevelopment of Slaley Hall, a 1,000 acre luxury estate with a 180
room hotel, championship golf course, spa, and leisure facilities transforming it into a five star destination.
His Caribbean career began as Technical Services Lead at the K Club in Barbuda, a member of Leading Hotels of
the World. He was subsequently appointed Project Director for the development of Parrot Cay Resort & Spa in
Turks & Caicos, a landmark private island resort project, and later served as Managing Director of The Mansions, a
private condo resort on Grace Bay in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
Together with his business partner Michel Neutelings, Lloyd is Co-Founder and Director of Milo Group Ltd, which
has acted as Development Managers and Operators across several major hospitality and real estate projects. Their
portfolio includes the development management of COMO Parrot Cay and the full development of Amanyara,
where Lloyd served for more than a decade as Project Director, overseeing all aspects of the resort’s creation,
including government negotiations, project financing coordination, design and technical oversight, construction
management, infrastructure development, and villa development and sales support. Milo Group also led the pre-development
of multiple private islands in the Exumas for a prominent Swiss family. Most recently, the firm serves as development
oversight partner for the new Janu Resort in Turks & Caicos on behalf of the Aman Group.
